“The 2013 South Florida Fair proved to be one of the most challenging in the Fair’s history due to the untimely passing of long time Fair PR Director, John Picano, less than 60 days prior to the opening of the Fair. Faced with that challenge, fair officials knew they needed a PR Professional with a history with the fair itself, strong local media contacts and integrity. Doreen Marcial Poreba, The PR Czar, was that individual and the results speak for themselves. Simply put, the Fair received perhaps the most media coverage in its history. The combination of the fair’s perceived value, an exciting, topical theme (our nation’s capital) and The PR Czar’s expertise, provided a solid formula for success for the Suth Florida Fair.”

“Since 2007, The Humane Society of the Treasure Coast has been a client of The PR Czar. During this time our organization has grown tremendously and Doreen Poreba and The PR Czar have been partners in this growth. From media relations to social media, Doreen has provided clear, concise guidance, professional and well written news releases, and most importantly, results! We are so grateful to have someone who takes the time to develop relationships with their clients and the media in such a way to foster trust, transparency and credibility. The PR Czar is part of the HSTC team, and I would encourage anyone looking for less hype and more results to take the time to speak with Doreen.”

Doreen’s Creativity Workshop presentation was very well received by our members at the Florida Festivals & Events Association. Workshop attendees represented a wide variety of roles within the festival and event industry and each attendee walked away with new ideas and techniques to assist them both professionally and personally to improve their creativity. Doreen’s very interactive presentation style ensured that the entire audience was engaged throughout the session. Her approach to both individual and group activities allowed our members to share experiences and ideas to take back to their organization. We would absolutely recommend Doreen to any organization or individual looking for new techniques to go beyond traditional brainstorming.
